By accessing or using ProposalPilot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including the actions of any team members you invite.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis according to the pricing displayed at checkout. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades and cancellations apply at the end of the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription within seven (7) days of your subscription start date to receive a full refund. After this period, all payments are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable state law. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@proposalpilot.io including your account email and the date of the charge. Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
You agree not to misuse ProposalPilot. Prohibited behavior includes reverse engineering, interfering with platform operation, or using the service to process unlawful, misleading, or harmful content. We may suspend or terminate access if we detect suspicious or abusive activity.
ProposalPilot and its underlying technology remain the property of Pacific Payments, LLC. You retain rights to the content you upload, but grant us a limited license to host and display it solely for operating the platform.
ProposalPilot is provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pacific Payments, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the revised version with an updated date. Continued use of ProposalPilot after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
