What types of merchants do you support?
We support merchants across all industries—restaurants, cafés, retail shops, professional services, healthcare practices, auto/trades, eCommerce, and more. If you process cards, we can decode the statement and highlight your true costs.
Is the analysis actually free?
Yes. There’s no fee to upload a statement, and no obligation to switch processors or work with a specific provider afterward.
Do I need to change processors to get value?
No. Many merchants use the report to negotiate better terms with their current provider or simply understand what they are paying for.
What file types are supported?
Only PDFs are supportly currently. If you do not have a statement available, you can enter an estimate of your current monthly fees and we can help you identify any potential savings opportunities.
Who reviews my statement?
ProposalPilot’s statement analysis system is purpose built for scanning payment processing statements. Once scanned, we will send you a summary and give you the opportunity to connect with an analyst to share your savings options.
How soon will I hear back?
Most merchants receive their summary the same day. If a manual check is required, we’ll email you with an updated timeline.
