Merchant intake
FAQ
Everything you need to know before sharing a statement. For anything else, email support@proposalpilot.com.
Which regions do you currently support?
We prioritise merchants across Bay Area, CA, San Fernando Valley, CA, and Ventura County, CA, with more California metros on the way. Statements from other markets are still welcome—we’ll route them to the right analyst and keep you posted as we expand.
What types of merchants do you support?
We support merchants across all industries—restaurants, cafés, retail shops, professional services, healthcare practices, auto/trades, eCommerce, and more. If you process cards, we can decode the statement and highlight your true costs.
Is the fee analysis really free?
Yes. Uploading a statement or sharing estimated information costs nothing. We provide the summary so you can make an informed decision, whether or not you switch processors or work with ProposalPilot afterward.
What if I don’t have a PDF copy?
You can request a PDF copy of your processing statement directly from your current provider. Alternatively, you can enter an estimate of your monthly fees and an analyst will reach out to get more information about your business and current processing solution.
How long does it take?
Most merchants receive their summary the same day. If a manual check is required, we’ll email you with an updated timeline.
Who will see my statement?
Only ProposalPilot analysts and the automated parsing service. Files live in a private Supabase bucket tied to the merchant intake team and are retained for up to 12 months unless you request deletion.
Will you contact me after the analysis?
We send the summary plus any clarifying questions. If you’d like introductions to local processing partners, we’ll ask for approval before sharing your details.
