Terms of service for merchant submissions

Scope

These terms govern the free merchant fee analysis service delivered through the ProposalPilot merchant intake form. By submitting a statement or contact information, you agree to these conditions.

Acceptable use

• Upload only statements or documents you have the right to share on behalf of the business listed.
• Do not submit malware, password-protected files, or content that violates any law or third-party rights.
• Automated submissions, scraping, or use of the intake to test the infrastructure is prohibited.

We reserve the right to block or delete submissions that violate these rules or trigger abuse protections.

Our commitment

ProposalPilot will review submitted statements, generate a fee summary, and send findings to the contact email provided. The analysis is offered on a best-effort basis—we do not guarantee turnaround times or specific savings outcomes.

We may decline a submission if the document is unreadable, exceeds size limits, or falls outside our supported geographies.

Communications

By submitting the form, you authorize ProposalPilot to email you the analysis, clarifying questions, and follow-up recommendations. You can opt out by replying to any message or contacting support@proposalpilot.com.

Limitation of liability

The fee analysis is informational only. ProposalPilot is not liable for business decisions you make based on the summary, nor for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms as the merchant program evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the upload form after changes means you accept the updated terms.
